This policy explains what information Puff Puff Tobacco (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Information you send us — such as your name, email, phone number and message when you use our contact form, text us or email us.
• Job applications — if you apply on our Careers page, we collect the details you enter and any résumé you upload, and use them only to review your application and contact you about it.
• Rewards program — if you join our in-store loyalty program, we collect the details you provide at the register (such as your phone number) and your purchase history to track rewards.
• Device storage — this site saves your age confirmation and animation preference in your browser’s local storage. It is not sent to us.
• Location — if you choose “Use my location” in the store finder, your location is used in your browser only to sort stores by distance. It is not sent to us or stored. If your device can’t provide a location (and you haven’t declined), the finder asks the free GeoJS service (geojs.io) for an approximate, city-level location based on your internet connection.

How we use it

We use information to respond to you, operate our rewards program, improve our stores and website, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

Store pages embed Google Maps. The store map on our Locations page loads its map images from OpenStreetMap (openstreetmap.org), which, like any website, receives your IP address when your browser requests them. Links may take you to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or Indeed. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Age requirement

This website and our products are intended only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
